Personal Desired goals

My professional and personal desired goals are to increase my nursing career and obtain a position in the healthcare field where Let me own and operate a long term care facility or mature daycare facility that specializes in the care of people with behavioral issues or Alzheimer's disease so I can give back to my personal community and help those in need. I actually started my career in the healthcare field as a unit clerk. My personal primary responsibilities were responding to the telephone and give us a call at light system. After about a year, I desired to do also I decided to become a certified nursing assistant (CNA). My responsibilities as a CNA entailed aiding patients/residents using their activities of daily living. My spouse and i quickly noticed that I did not want to play that one role in the healthcare field and that I needed to do even more. I requested the accredited practical registered nurse program and was acknowledged. After graduation and passing my express board examination, I worked as a qualified practical registered nurse for half a dozen and a half years before trying to get the relate degree medical program to get registered nursing staff. I was accepted and after conclusion my job as a registered nurse began. Being a registered nurse my own career offers lead me to provide in several diverse positions such as: Floor registered nurse, Home Health nurse, Public well-being nurse, Impose nurse, Helper Director of Nursing and currently Preventative nurse. In my current role as a Preventative nurse, We am accountable for assessing patient's health tests. In assessing patient's screenings, I offer and explain information about these health tests as well as relay my findings to the Medical doctors and Nps to help plan these sufferers with necessary referrals to have the screenings. My short term specialist goal should be to obtain a Bachelors of Technology degree in nursing. I selected the University of Phoenix az to achieve this goal because of the on the web courses and positive opinions about their applications. I at the moment need forty seven credit hours to achieve this goal. This kind of Bachelor's degree will manage me advanced opportunities in the nursing discipline. I will utilize this degree being a stepping stone to gratifying my goals. After obtaining my Bachelors degree, My spouse and i plan to even more my job in the health care field by simply obtaining a breastfeeding home administrator's license. With this license, I will get started my pursuit in proudly owning and operating a long term proper care facility. This kind of license allows me to engage in a higher level of learning about longer term care rules and regulations. Simply by obtaining licensure as a nursing home manager, I will screen and build abilities in the area of dealing with others together. I have motives on transferring in the next several years to a bigger city to gain encounter in a variety of areas in the health care field. Personally i think larger areas have more opportunities for a health professional to develop. For example , large cities convey more hospitals, behavioral centers and nursing homes. I will use each of the available assets to build my own skills and create a plan for success. Following gaining more knowledge and experience, We plan to go back home and open a long care center specializing in people with behavioral problems or Alzheimer disease. I feel my own community is going to greatly take advantage of a facility dedicated to these types of healthcare requirements. I see patients that are mentally challenged and some who have Alzheimer's that need assist with their actions of everyday living or just properly in general. Supporting others that cannot help themselves is actually I enjoy undertaking. I understand starting a long term care facility will require a great deal of preparing from obtaining licensure, to locating ideal area, and securing installers to build.
